We keep only what we need to sell and activate your license, and use advertising cookies only if you accept them.
ข้อมูลที่เก็บ และเหตุผล
- คำสั่งซื้อ: อีเมล ชื่อ และประเทศที่คุณกรอกตอนชำระเงิน เพื่อส่งคีย์ไลเซนส์ ออกหลักฐานการซื้อ และให้บริการหลังการขาย (สัญญาซื้อขาย) ข้อมูลบัตรหรือบัญชีธนาคารถูกจัดการโดย Stripe เราไม่เห็นและไม่เก็บ
- ไลเซนส์: คีย์ และรหัสเครื่องแบบไม่ระบุตัวตนที่ปลั๊กอินสร้าง เพื่อให้ใช้ได้ทีละ 1 เครื่อง (สัญญาซื้อขาย)
- คุกกี้โฆษณา (Meta Pixel): ใช้เฉพาะเมื่อคุณกด "ยอมรับ" เพื่อวัดผลโฆษณา เช่น การเข้าชม การดาวน์โหลดตัวทดลอง และการซื้อ เมื่อยอมรับแล้ว เราอาจส่งข้อมูลการซื้อ (อีเมลแบบเข้ารหัสทางเดียว ยอดเงิน) ให้ Meta เพื่อวัดผลโฆษณาด้วย (ความยินยอม)
- อีเมลที่คุณส่งถึงเรา: เพื่อตอบคำถามและช่วยเหลือ

ขอดู ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ คัดค้าน หรือถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ ส่งอีเมลมาที่ [email protected] เราตอบภายใน 30 วัน และคุณมีสิทธิร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)

WHAT WE KEEP, AND WHY
- Orders: the email, name and country you enter at checkout, to send your license key, keep proof of purchase and support you (contract). Card and bank details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Licensing: your key and an anonymous computer ID created by the plugin, so the license works on one computer at a time (contract).
- Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel): only if you press "Accept", to measure our ads (visits, trial downloads, purchases). If you accept, we may also send purchase data (a one-way hashed email, the amount) to Meta to measure ads (consent).
- Emails you send us: to answer and help.
SERVICE PROVIDERS (MAY BE OUTSIDE THAILAND)
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website, email, license database), Meta (ad measurement, only with your consent). Each applies international data-protection safeguards.
HOW LONG
Orders and licenses: for the life of the license and as accounting and tax law requires · Support emails: up to 2 years.
YOUR RIGHTS (THAI PDPA)
Access, copy, correct, delete, object, or withdraw consent at any time: email [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
